D. Cobb was born in Tustin, California and received a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Journalism from Southwest Texas State University. She is a graduate of South
Texas College of Law and licensed in Texas.
Ms. Cobb devotes her practice
to general immigration law, employment-based-immigration, family-based immigration,
naturalization and issues related to vessels and personnel operating on the Outer
Continental Shelf of the United States.
Ms. Cobb is a member of the American
Bar Association, Houston Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association.
She is also a member of Houston World Affairs Council, United Way Young Leaders,
Texas Special Olympics and a lifetime member and committee member of the Houston
Livestock Show and Rodeo. Ms. Cobb is also a frequent lecturer on immigration
issues at regional immigration, corporate and bar association conferences.
