Nestor A. Rosin, the son of South American immigrants, was born in Cleveland, Tennessee and lived as a child in Argentina and Peru. The recipient of awards and scholarships, Mr. Rosin received his Bachelor's degree with Honors in Economics from the University of Houston and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech School of Law in 1995. He is Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Mr. Rosin holds various memberships including the State Bar of Texas, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Houston Bar Association. Mr. Rosin has practiced Immigration and Nationality Law since obtaining his law degree and currently handles a diverse practice including corporate and business immigration matters, family based immigration, naturalization and consular matters. His background includes substantial litigation experience.

Mr. Rosin is fluent in Spanish and devotes time to speaking, charitable work and is active in church and community service.
