IMPORTANT NOTICE

As of January 1, 2005, Enterject is no longer reviewing labor certification cases.  All new cases will be filed with the Texas Workforce Commission until March 28, 2005.  After this date, all new cases will be filed directly with the U.S. Department of Labor under the new PERM regulations.

Basic and RIR labor certification cases pending at the Texas Workforce Commission (and other State Workforce Agencies), Enterject and the DOL – Regional Offices are currently in the process of being transferred to a new DOL Backlog Processing Center.  Information regarding case status will not be available until the transfer process is completed.
